Exciting Transitions and New Beginnings for Noa Michaud and Diana Sparks

As we navigate the launch of our new ticketing, communication, and donor management systems, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation and anticipation for staff transitions ahead.

Noa will be joining the CRM Team at The Bushnell on July 1, 2024, as the CRM Information Specialist. In this role, she will leverage her extensive experience and training with Paciolan to support all phases of the Salesforce reporting process for The Bushnell and partner organizations. She will also develop data governance, maintain data standards, and support onboarding to new systems, including training on optimal use of data analytics, reports, and dashboards. We are excited about the impact Noa will continue to make on the project.

We will deeply miss Noa Michaud. Her contributions as Assistant Manager, Development Operations for the HSO have been invaluable, and her expertise and dedication have greatly benefited our programs and projects. However, we are thrilled about her new opportunity.

Equally exciting is the addition of Diana Sparks to the HSO Development Team. Diana will join us on July 22, 2024, as the Development Operations Manager. Her background as the Donor Management System Coordinator for The Bushnell, combined with her training with Paciolan and Salesforce, positions her perfectly for this role. Diana will oversee the system and data management of the Paciolan/Salesforce software applications, support the HSO Development Program, manage gift and biographical data processing operations, and develop data recording, extraction, and reporting policies and procedures.
We are confident that both Noa and Diana will excel in their new roles, bringing their wealth of experience and dedication to their respective teams. These changes represent a step forward for both, and we are pleased to see such capable individuals advancing within our mutual programs and projects.

Please join us in wishing Noa all the best and in welcoming Diana to the HSO family. We look forward to continued success and collaboration with these talented friends.
