Faith Quinn, Brand Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Faith has worked as a Social Media Manager at A Kingdom Company, where she created engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. She has also freelanced as an illustrator and UGC creator, collaborating with major brands such as Kitsch, Proactiv, and Il Makiage. Additionally, Faith gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Transportation Data Corporation, where she designed print materials and email newsletters. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Suffolk University with a focus on graphic design, marketing strategy, and business. Faith’s talent and technical skills will undoubtedly prove to be an excellent fit to drive the HSO’s brand and communications efforts forward.
Emily Rafala, Production Manager
Emily Rafala brings a wealth of experience in production management, logistics, and team leadership to her new role as Production Manager for the Hartford Symphony Orchestra. With a Master’s in Performing Arts Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Musical Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory, Emily has honed her expertise across a variety of roles in the entertainment industry. Her previous experience includes positions at the Laugh Factory Headquarters in Los Angeles as Venue Manager and Executive Assistant, where she implemented innovative systems to streamline operations across multiple venues. She has also served in leadership roles in organizations such as The Goodspeed Opera House, Shenandoah University, and Daniel Hoff Agency.
Emily’s diverse background encompasses not only managing the logistics of large-scale performances but also ensuring the well-being and success of creatives and performers. Her dedication to the arts, strong organizational skills, and passion for supporting creative endeavors make her a valuable addition to the Hartford Symphony Orchestra team.
