We are pleased to announce an exciting transition for the Hartford Symphony Orchestra as we embark on a journey towards enhancing our ticketing and database systems. Paciolan is scheduled to go live on April 29, 2024, with the Talcott Mountain Music Festival being the first series utilizing the new platform. This transition marks a significant advancement in our efforts to enhance the patron experience and streamline our operations.Â
On or around April 3, you may have received an email about switching to a new email platform. We’ll start sending show announcements and ticket offers through this platform. To ensure you receive our emails smoothly, please update your preferences and add our address to your contacts or approved senders list.Â
In mid-April, we’ll email ticket account holders about our partnership with Paciolan. Please activate your new account by logging in with your email and setting a password. In the future, you’ll be able to manage gifts and membership renewals online. You may have already done this process with The Bushnell, however, please note you must also register for an HSO account.
Paciolan offers a unified platform that seamlessly integrates ticketing, marketing, and donor relationship management. With this new system, we are eager to explore the insights and opportunities that come from shared data, enabling us to better understand our audience and tailor our offerings to their preferences and interests.Â
Key features of our new ticketing system include an interactive seat map to ensure patrons find the best seats at the right price, a mobile-friendly interface for convenient booking on the go, and options for patrons to manage their digital tickets with ease. Additionally, patrons will now have the option to receive tickets via text or directly to their digital wallet, enhancing convenience and accessibility.Â
Moreover, this system will empower us to see a holistic view of our patrons and foster a deeper, more personalized patron experience. . All submissions will be seamlessly integrated with data and tracking tools, enabling our development and marketing teams to follow up with each patron or prospective patron in a personalized manner.Â
