About

The animals are taking over the orchestra! From majestic lions and graceful swans to hopping kangaroos and speedy bumblebees, every piece paints a different creature with music. Join the Hartford Symphony Orchestra for an exciting journey through the wild as we explore how composers use rhythm, melody, and imagination to tell stories without saying a single word. Get ready to listen, laugh, and let your imagination run free!

This program is ideal for students K-8 and will feature special performances from choreographer Brian Syms, and our 48th Young Artists Competition Winner, Lina Elwood.
