Celebrating Love and Music: The Wedding of HSO Assistant Concertmaster Gary Capozziello and Caroline Kinsolving

We are delighted to share the joyous news of the wedding of HSO Assistant Concertmaster Gary Capozziello to Caroline Kinsolving. The couple were married at their home in Salisbury, CT, on June 22nd. Caroline, a talented actress, and Gary celebrated their love with a magical ceremony against the stunning backdrop of Bear Mountain on the Appalachian range.

A highlight of the wedding was the beautiful performance of Aaron Copland’s “Appalachian Spring” by a 13-piece chamber orchestra, which included several of our own HSO musicians. Michael Wheeler and Arthur Masi performed on viola, Jarek Lis on violin, and Peter Zay on cello. They were joined by members from Orchestra New England, under the masterful direction of James Sinclair. This ensemble brought to life the couple’s dream of having Copland’s masterpiece as part of their special day, creating an unforgettable and magical experience.

The couple was pleased to have Ruth Sovronsky and her husband in attendance, sharing in the celebration of this wonderful union.
