Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I activate my new Paciolan Account?

  • You will be asked to provide the email address used for your Hartford Symphony Orchestra tickets.
  • A confirmation code will be sent to that email address.
  • Once you’ve entered the code, you will be prompted to create a new password.
  • Your Account will then be activated!

I have existing tickets purchased through Tickets.com. What happens to them?

  • Your existing tickets remain valid.
  • You can access and manage your tickets here.
  • NO ACTION is needed on your part for these events.

How do I purchase tickets for new shows?

  • Visit our event pages for the desired show, and click “Get Tickets.” Only TMMF tickets are currently available on the Paciolan platform.
  • If you have not already created a Paciolan account, than you will be prompted at checkout to create an account to complete the purchase.

  • We understand this transition may require adjustments. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this transition is underway.
  • Our website and email communication will be updated to clearly indicate which ticketing system applies to each show.
  • We encourage you to explore the Paciolan platform and familiarize yourself with its features. Visit www.paciolan.com for more information.
  • The Hartford Symphony and The Bushnell have separate Paciolan logins, and you must purchase HSO tickets through your HSO login.
