  • Health and Safety Protocols for the 2021-2022 Season

We are thrilled to welcome you back to LIVE HSO concerts, and we want your experience to be as safe and comfortable as possible. Because the health and safety of our HSO patrons, volunteers, musicians, and staff is our number one priority, we are maintaining the current policy that proof of vaccination, as well as a valid ID, is required for all attending HSO shows through May 1, 2022 regardless of venue. Patrons may display proof on a smartphone or present a physical copy.

Masks will also be required for all, regardless of vaccination status.

Children under 12 and people with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time.

Program books will be digital and smartphone-accessible, to limit touch points between patrons and staff. There will be a limited number of printed programs available in the lobby.

NEW: With audience safety our paramount concern, and in conjunction with existing health and safety protocols, food and drink will not be permitted within Bushnell performances spaces, including Belding Theater and Mortensen Hall, through May 1, 2022. While you will still be able to consume food and drink in designated areas of the Bushnell lobbies, food and beverages may not be brought into the theaters.
