  • Listing in the HSO Program Book– Listing is based on date(s) of contribution(s) and print date. Please allow some time for listing to appear.
  • Quarterly newsletter, Quarter Notes– This is your insider look at the HSO. Get to know its people, its programs and community impact! Maybe one day you’ll even be featured!
  • Invitation to attend one (1) dress rehearsal– Your chance to get an intimate look at the final rehearsal before a regularly schedule Masterworks performance. This is your opportunity to experience the thrill of watching our Conductor and musicians in final preparation for a public performance.
Player’s Club $250-$499
  • An invitation for two (2) to attend the HSO Annual Meeting and reception– Have the chance to hear from both the Board Chairman and the Executive Director about the state of the Orchestra and reflections on the previous year. A performance and light refreshments will be included. Annual Meeting 2016-17: Wednesday, October 26th. RSVP will be required.
  • Invitations to HSO special events and gala– Bravo! is your chance to come together and support the HSO with a spectacular gala evening of dinner, dancing, and live & silent auctions at the Hartford Marriott Downtown. Save the date for Bravo! 2017 – Saturday, April 29th. Formal invitation to come. Throughout the season, there will be special donor-only opportunities to attend events and receptions. Invitations to each will be sent ahead of time.
  • Dining privileges in the Bushnell Suite on Masterworks and POPS! Evenings– Enjoy dinner at an exclusive on-premises restaurant, the Horace Bushnell Suite, with food and drinks catered by Max Catering & Events. The Suite is not open to the public, only HSO donors. Number of dining allotments varies based on giving level. Reservations are required, must be at least 2 weeks in advance, and are subject to availability. The Suite is only open on performance nights and is not open on Sundays.
