Hartford Symphony Orchestra continues 2018-2019 HSO: INTERMIX series with DANCE CARD on February 28 at Real Art Ways

Program features a refreshing mix of contemporary and classical in a social setting

The Hartford Symphony Orchestra will present the second concert in the 2018-2019 HSO: Intermix series, Dance Card, on Thursday, February 28 at 7 pm at Real Art Ways, located at 56 Arbor Street in Hartford. For tickets and information, visit hartfordsymphony.org.

HSO: Intermix is intimate, inviting, and interactive! Dance Card is your chance to get up close with HSO ensembles as they perform at one of Hartford’s most engaging contemporary art spaces, Real Art Ways! This program, led by HSO Music Director Carolyn Kuan, includes a thrilling combination of contemporary and traditional music set amongst innovative multidisciplinary artwork. Experience Samuel Barber’s Adagio for Strings in a fresh, new locale and staging alongside Jennifer Higdon’s raucous, rhythmic, and riveting Dance Card. Enjoy music, cocktails, conversation and more at HSO: Intermix!

The final HSO: Intermix concert of the season will be Time for Three on May 1 at Spectra Wired Café.
