A ticket is required for everyone in attendance at all Hartford Symphony events. Anyone who wishes to enter the performance space, either at The Bushnell, Wadsworth Atheneum, Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center, or other venues is required have a valid ticket at the time of entry.
May 8-10 performances of Enigma Variations are cancelled
In response to the escalating threat of COVID-19 in Connecticut, the Enigma Variations concerts scheduled for May 8-10, 2020 have been cancelled.
You may donate your tickets back to the HSO, receive a credit for a future HSO performance, or receive a refund. Contact the Box Office at tickets@hartfordsymphony.org (preferable method) or by calling 860-244-2999.
May 3 performance of Savory Sounds: Strauss and Beethoven is postponed
In response to the escalating threat of COVID-19 in Connecticut, the Hartford Symphony Orchestra has POSTPONED its May 3 Sunday Serenades performance of Savory Sounds: Strauss and Beethoven at the Wadsworth Atheneum. The rescheduled date will be announced soon, and tickets for the May 3 performance will be valid on the new date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled performance, you may donate your tickets back to the HSO, receive a credit for a future HSO performance, or receive a refund. Contact the Box Office at tickets@hartfordsymphony.org (preferable method) or by calling 860-244-2999.
May 16th performance of The Empire Strikes Back in Concert is rescheduled to October 30
In response to the escalating threat of COVID-19 in Connecticut, the May 16, 2020 performance of The EmpireStrikes Back in Concert is rescheduled to Friday, October 30, 2020 at 7:30 pm at The Bushnell.
Your tickets to the May 16 performance will be valid for the October 30 performance.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled performance, you may donate your tickets back to the HSO, receive a credit for a future HSO performance, or receive a refund. Contact the Box Office at tickets@hartfordsymphony.org(preferable method) or by calling 860-244-2999.
June 5-7 performances of Beethoven's Ninth are cancelled
Student tickets for children ages 12-18 and college students are available for most of our regular season performances. Discounted tickets for children ages 12 & under are also available for our Talcott Mountain Music Festival performances.
We regret that ticket refunds are not possible. Tickets may be exchanged to any other Hartford Symphony concerts. Please consult the Exchanging Tickets page for additional information.
If your tickets are misplaced or destroyed, please call HSO Ticket Services at 860-987-5900 and we will gladly replace them at no additional charge. If you need your tickets replaced the night of the performance, please see the HSO Representative when you arrive.
