Group sales must be processed over the phone at 860-987-5959 or via email with the group sales office. Group sales cannot be completed on the HSO website.
Groups of 10 or more adults are eligible for our special group pricing – check back in August for 2015-16 pricing. No other discounts can be applied with group sale tickets.
Student tickets to all Hartford Symphony performances are always $10.
Payment for all group sales must be made in full 2 weeks prior to the concert date. Payments may be completed via check or credit card. Once tickets have been reserved, an invoice will be sent to the school/organization. Tickets for the performance will not be printed until payment is received. Tickets for group sales can either be mailed to the organization or held at will call. Please specify your preference when paying for your tickets.
When you call and reserve seats for your group you will be invoiced for the amount of tickets requested. However, if your numbers change, you can simply contact group sales and we will be happy to adjust your reservation and issue you an updated invoice.
In the event of an HSO concert cancellation or postponement, the group leader (i.e., the person who reserved the seats) will be notified via a phone call. News of a cancellation will also be on the HSO website and the box office phone message. Please contact group sales as soon as possible after a concert cancellation to reschedule your performance tickets.
