Dress up your kids as their favorite movie character and take them to "Music at the Movies", an exciting revue of music from blockbusters such as "Star Wars", "Harry Potter", "E.T.", "Spiderman", and more. It's lights, cameras and lots of action with guest conductor Gerald Steichen and the Hartford Symphony Orchestra!

Free kids activities start at 10:00 am including a Movie Costume Contest at 10:30 am.

A tribute to teachers and the lives they shape featuring Edward Cumming, and several of his conducting pupils, Hartford Symphony members and their prize students - even a "junior maestro" selected from the audience. "Teachers and Students" also features pianist Michael Maronich of Monroe, Connecticut, who won the First Prize, The Jean Sterling Memorial Award, in the HSO's 2004 Young Artist Competition.
